War Engagement Rules
Here are our engagement rules
- No individual shall declare war on any alliance.
- War can only be declared on any alliance by voting in the councils. Simple majority vote are need to start a war upon other. Counselor has 2 votes while VCs and the officer has single vote each. The decision needs at least two persons' vote.
- In the event if the war is not started by an attack from the enemy, 24 hours voting is required to ensure the decision involves as many vote as possible. Chancellor or VCs will inform every one in the council about the proposed war declaration and target enemy and the deadline of the voting which is 24 hours from the time the message was sent out. The vote will be sent to Chancellor and the result will be informed to all councilors.
- In the event if the war is triggered by an attack, the voting time shall be no less than 1 hour.
- In the event, when we are attacked by the same alliance more than once within 15 minutes, war will be automatically declared upon them in the absent of the Councillor.
- Once war is declared, the red flags will be up .
- Everyone shall attack and farm those have the red flag.
- First priority is to attack those city with red flags and within 30 minutes away.

Your responsibilities as a White Wolf
- Follow the Engagement Rules
- Uphold Power Structures Rules (see below)
- Hunt and train your troop as fast as you can.
- Support other team member by providing resources and advise
- Only farm city without alliance or its alliance is below 100th position and without sister alliance above 100th place
- When farming, our objective is resources and do not waste your troop unnecessary
- We do not spy on other alliances unless they are our enemy
- Identify potential candidate to join the clan. Message the coordinate to the Chancellor for recruitment
- Check the Alliance Report frequently and alert the team if detected any threat
Power Structures of White Wolves (DRAFT)
- White Wolves are ruled by the High Council which consists of the Chancellor, two Vice Chancellors and Low Council which consists of 8 Officers
- The Chancellor and two Vice Chancellors are also belong a High Council group.
- High Council has following authorities
- to approve or reject any application to be part of the alliances
- to approve any Friendship relationship with other alliance
- to expel members (non-Councillor) with the approval from at least two person in High Council.
- Change in the Power Structures, Policy and Engagement Rules can only be done by voting in both Councils. Simple majority is needed with minimum votes of 2
- Member of Low Council can be expelled by the same voting method as in the Declaration of War voting (See Engagement Rules)
- The councilors have the voting right to declare war based on the Engagement Rules.
- Every Friday 9 a.m. Eastern time, the Low Councillors position will be reshuffled based on member's might. The top 8 members with highest might excluding the High Council will be automatic promoted as an officer and sit in the Low Council
- Once the High Council is selected, any of the Councillor can propose his or her name for High Council election within the 24 hours. The proposal shall indicate which Position he or she is interested. This is done by sending message to the Chancellor
- Election shall be hold on Saturday 9 a.m. Eastern time.
- Each Councillor except the Chancellor will have 1 vote for each position. Chancellor will have 2 votes. Every one will vote by message all.
- The Councillor has the right to choose not to vote.
- By the end of Sunday 9 p.m., the result will be announced and if there is any position reshuffled it will be conducted immediately.
- The winner must have simple majority vote with at least two votes.
- The loser will remain in the Low Council until next reshuffled.
Farming guide
Everyone loves to attack and raid other city. Here are some tips
1. Look for city with low might < 5k and at level 10 and above. High level means high production
2. IMPORTANT: Make sure the city is without alliance or the alliance has only 1-2 members. You do not want the whole alliance starts attacking you.
3. Bookmark your city before you raid. Since you can not add more than one bookmark for same city, you will know if you have raided the city before
4. Don't bother to scout if the might is low. Attack straight and read the report later to find out the amount of resources raided. If the city has a lot of resources, write down the coordinate so that you can raid it every hour or so
5. Upgrade your Rally Point and Knight tower so that you can have parallel attacks

Turn your City into a war machine
The key to be a strong city is the ability to train large group of army fast.
- First, HIDE your troops
- First Priority Train Troop. Use excess resources for Wall Defenses training.
- To build army fast, build more barracks. I suggest to have 12 or more barracks as high level as you can. Try to achieve training 300 Swordsman in 1 hour or less.
- Having so many barracks means that you will have very few cottages. You will need enough idle population to train a lot of army. With 12 barracks, you can only have 8 cottages. If you set your tax rate to zero, 8 lvl 7 cottages provide 8 x 2800 population and you can train more than 20k army troops.
- Concentrate on Tier 2 army like Calvary, Swordsmen and Baliste. The upkeep per might for 2-tier army is the most efficient. If you still have tier 1 army, you can dispose them by attacking pict camp.
- With large army you will have problem feeding them, 10k army eat up 80k food per hour!!! Also you will still need a lot for food to train army. Here are ways to overcome this problem
- Upgrade your farm and convert your Sawmill to farm.
- Conquer Grassland or Lake to boost your food production. Go for at least lvl 5 wild. You can let go all low level conquered wilds at the Castle view..Conquests tab
- Park your army some where else. If you can afford or lucky to get 2nd city, turn that city as outpost. Encamp your army that. The food level will never goes below zero. For the 2nd city, you can turn it into Ore or Stone factory. Make sure you build all your quarries and mines before sending your troop there. You can also upgrade your embassy to support more troops.
- If you have another iPhone or Ipad, you can create another city there and make it as your outpost.
5. Upgrade your Rally Point to allow more concurrent attacks. Go fro lvl 6 and above
6. Upgrade your Knight Tower to provide more Knight to lead the troop. You donot need to assign Knight in every area. Marshall to protect city and train troop fast and boost resources should be enough at your level.
7. Plunder as many cities as possible so to build up your resources.
Defending your City
If you have less than 40k might, it would be good to boost up your wall defense to gain the might fast. This will discourage other to raid you.
Here are tips to protect your city
- Most IMPORTANT upgrade your Storehouse to protect your resources. Excessive resources over your storehouse limit will invite attack. No matter how strong your defenses, there are always more stronger player
- HIDE your troop unless you have 200k and we are not at war. If a strong player attacks your city, you will still have army to continue farming to get back your resource.
- First, use your resources to train your troop.
- If you have excess resources, use them to train your wall defenses.
- If you still have excess resources and a lot of Gold, you can safe keep them at the Outpost. Ask for the outpost coordinate from the Chancellor
- Increase your food production so that you can support large troop or reinforcement. Aim to have 100k food / per hour. Reinforcement will eat up your food fast. 100 swordsmen troops with 1800 might in total will eat 800 food per hour. You can conquer grassland or lake to boost your production. You can also convert the sawmill to be a farm and assign your knight to boost production.
- Aim to have 1000 Calvary, 1000 Swordsmen & 1000 Baliste. If you have more than
- If you are attacked, inform the officers.
- Check the Alliance Report from time to time to find out if your city is being scouted by potential enemy. If your might is low, you can ask for reinforcement.
Summary Target:
1. 50k food/hour production
2. 1000 Calvary, 1000 Swordsmen and 1000 Baliste in the city
