Your responsibilities as a White Wolf
- Follow the Engagement Rules
- Uphold Power Structures Rules (see below)
- Hunt and train your troop as fast as you can.
- Support other team member by providing resources and advise
- Only farm city without alliance or its alliance is below 100th position and without sister alliance above 100th place
- When farming, our objective is resources and do not waste your troop unnecessary
- We do not spy on other alliances unless they are our enemy
- Identify potential candidate to join the clan. Message the coordinate to the Chancellor for recruitment
- Check the Alliance Report frequently and alert the team if detected any threat
Power Structures of White Wolves (DRAFT)
- White Wolves are ruled by the High Council which consists of the Chancellor, two Vice Chancellors and Low Council which consists of 8 Officers
- The Chancellor and two Vice Chancellors are also belong a High Council group.
- High Council has following authorities
- to approve or reject any application to be part of the alliances
- to approve any Friendship relationship with other alliance
- to expel members (non-Councillor) with the approval from at least two person in High Council.
- Change in the Power Structures, Policy and Engagement Rules can only be done by voting in both Councils. Simple majority is needed with minimum votes of 2
- Member of Low Council can be expelled by the same voting method as in the Declaration of War voting (See Engagement Rules)
- The councilors have the voting right to declare war based on the Engagement Rules.
- Every Friday 9 a.m. Eastern time, the Low Councillors position will be reshuffled based on member's might. The top 8 members with highest might excluding the High Council will be automatic promoted as an officer and sit in the Low Council
- Once the High Council is selected, any of the Councillor can propose his or her name for High Council election within the 24 hours. The proposal shall indicate which Position he or she is interested. This is done by sending message to the Chancellor
- Election shall be hold on Saturday 9 a.m. Eastern time.
- Each Councillor except the Chancellor will have 1 vote for each position. Chancellor will have 2 votes. Every one will vote by message all.
- The Councillor has the right to choose not to vote.
- By the end of Sunday 9 p.m., the result will be announced and if there is any position reshuffled it will be conducted immediately.
- The winner must have simple majority vote with at least two votes.
- The loser will remain in the Low Council until next reshuffled.
